DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY
Once we receive your order you will be sent an order confirmation by email detailing the products you have purchased. All products (excluding personalised stationery) are in stock and ready to ship. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Once we have processed your order you will be sent a dispatch notification by email. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you either by telephone or email.

We use the Royal Mail as our delivery service provider and any delays in their service are outside of our control. Once dispatched from our facility we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order. For urgent orders in the UK we recommend you select the UK Special Delivery option.

UK First Class delivery for all orders is £4.95
UK Special Delivery for all orders is £7.95
European Delivery for all orders is £8.95
International Delivery (Rest of World) for all orders is £11.95

RETURNS
We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return the item(s) in their original saleable condition for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned accompanied by the original order documentation.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any postage, delivery, customs and duties charges that your return may incur.
